What started as a passion for property, evolved into an idea and that became the business.

Amy’s background is project management within the construction industry; and Hannah has experience in corporate relocation. Despite their different sectors, they both faced the same problem - finding comfortable accommodation for folks who need more than a hotel room, but less commitment than a long tenancy.

Together, Hannah and Amy have stayed in hundreds of places for work or to travel, so they know what feels like home when you’re away. At Routed Living, they create intentional spaces for guests to cook, work, relax - normal living for working professionals. They curate these places by working flexibly/dynamically with landlords in a changing rental landscape. No sales pitches, inflated rent prices or upselling. Just honest conversations about people finding places for living.

Amy brings expertise in compliance, contracts and noticing the little details. While Hannah supports people bringing their family, belongings and even the kitchen sink to their new life.
